Was on the phone to the guys first thing in the morning. Air locks in system following Water Mains outage. Guys were very busy but took the time to walk me through things I could try myself.
This was very honest - as it allowed me to fix the issue myself and hence no need for a call out and expense for me.
Refreshing to see such honesty.
